Trent University Undergraduate Scholarship Overview
The Trent University Undergraduate Scholarship is designed to support international students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, community service, and financial need. The scholarship is available for students starting in Winter (January), Summer (May), or Fall (September) 2025.

Scholarship Benefits
Trent University offers multiple scholarship opportunities for international undergraduate students:
Trent International Global Citizens Scholarships and Awards: $2,000 – $25,000
Trent International Tuition Levy Scholarship: $25,000
United World Colleges (UWC) Scholarship: $25,000
Justin Chiu International Scholarship: $3,000 – $15,000
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Trent University Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must:
Be an international student paying international tuition fees.
Hold a valid study permit for studying in Canada.
Have applied for an undergraduate degree program at Trent University for Winter 2025, Summer 2025, or Fall 2025 (Postgraduate certificate, Master’s, and PhD students are not eligible).
Meet Trent University’s admission requirements, including general and program-specific requirements and English Language Proficiency requirements.
Have a final high school average of 80% or more (Canadian equivalent).
Submit a complete application via the myTrent portal before the deadline.
Meet the conditions of the conditional offer letter and register for courses to receive the scholarship.

Personal Statement (500 words max)
List of community service and/or extra-curricular activities (3 activities)
Critical reflection on community service and/or extracurricular involvement (500 words max)
Essay on a topic of passion (500 words max)
Two letters of recommendation

The deadline to apply for the Trent University Undergraduate Scholarship is March 2, 2025.
