Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Chang’an University Innovation Scholarship, applicants must:
Be international students (non-Chinese nationals)
Be between 18-25 years old and in good health

Have a minimum score of 5.5 IELTS or 68 TOEFL
Comply with Chinese laws and university regulations
