Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the IMF Internship Program (FIP), you must meet the following criteria:
PhD Students
Be within one to two years of completing a PhD in macroeconomics or a related field.
Maintain student status at the time of the internship (i.e., continue PhD studies after the internship).
Be below the age of 32 at the start of the internship.
Have excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills.
Note: Previous FIP interns cannot reapply.

Internships begin on either:
June 9, 2025
June 23, 2025
The specific start date will be confirmed at the time of the offer.
