Objective:
To provide higher education opportunities in Italy for refugees residing in specific countries.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Reside in one of the following countries and have recognized refugee status:
Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
Hold a qualification valid for admission to a Second Cycle Degree Programme.
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent according to the Italian Ministry of Education’s grading system.
Have obtained their degree between 2020 and the application deadline (unless stated otherwise by specific universities).
Meet the specific admission requirements of the chosen Second Cycle Degree Programme.
Have never been enrolled in a degree program at any Partner University.
Demonstrate proficiency in English.

Selection Process
Conducted in two steps by a Committee of Experts:
Step 1: Document Evaluation (Scored out of 40)
Academic background and GPA (0-20 points)
Evaluation of CV (professional experience & personal skills) (0-10 points)
Relevance of previous studies to the selected program (0-10 points)
Minimum score required to proceed: 25
Step 2: Online Interview (Scored out of 40)
Evaluation of technical skills, subject knowledge, and English proficiency
Conducted online, with candidates required to present their Refugee ID or Ration Card Number

Refugee ID card or Proof of refugee registration.
Certificate confirming qualification for admission.
Academic transcripts and GPA documentation.
Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Motivation letter.
Any additional documents required by the selected degree program.
