AGYLE (African German Young Leaders in Business) is an African-German young leaders program that connects young talents from Africa and Germany in a long-term business network. Its goal is to promote African-German dialogue and foster long-term economic cooperation. By bringing together forward-thinking individuals from startups, large corporations, digital technologies, green innovations, the circular economy, and the agricultural and food sectors, AGYLE drives impactful collaborations between Africa and Germany.
AGYLE is a program of ‘Germany – Land of Ideas’ and is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), supported by the Agency for Business and Economic Development (AWE).

Requirements for AGYLE Programme Qualification
You are a perfect fit for AGYLE if:
– You are no older than 40 years of age.
– You have at least three years of executive experience or have started your own business.
– You are from, or have worked for at least five years in, Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, or Germany.
– You are committed to creating a sustainable future and green cities.
– You are willing to join the AGYLE alumni network and actively participate.
