The HerStart Innovate the Future program aims to empower 10,000 women and local organizations in Ghana, Tanzania, and Uganda through training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Fellows play a vital role in promoting sustainable development and gaining valuable leadership experience.
Available Fellowship Roles
Applicants can choose from the following roles based on their skills and interests:
Program & Partnerships Fellow – Collaborate with local partners to implement sustainable development programs.
Communications & Marketing Fellow – Develop content and strategies to promote the HerStart initiative.
Research & Learning Fellow – Conduct research to enhance program effectiveness and measure impact.
Social Entrepreneurship Fellow – Provide mentorship and training to support women-led businesses.
